Palomar College submitted the appropriate LMI from the COE. The COE does not recommend developing a *new* program for this occupation because 1) there is an oversupply in the region; and 2) there is a high number of institutions that train for this occupation. However, because this is a program modification and entry-level wages are above the living wage, the COE supports a program modification. The colleges should also note that employers typically require a bachelor's degree as the minimum educational requirement.
