The Entrepreneurship Certificate of Achievement was created to prepare students to effectively start/run a small business. This program will provide knowledge on creating a comprehensive business plan and how to execute on that business plan. Students will be able to design and develop a comprehensive marketing plan by using appropriate marketing strategies. The data shows a robust growth in the number of students at Laney College who are in majors that require rigorous training in lower-division computer science courses.
