The Business Management Certificate of Achievement is designed for students who are or will be working in a supervisory capacity. The coursework provides students with a broad foundation of information related to current supervisory issues, as well as the ability to practice with "hands-on" experiences. Students learn how to deal with employee issues in topics such as human resource management, mediation of conflict, and interviewing.
