The Production Welder Certificate of Achievement is for students that want to rapidly gain the skills needed to pursue entry level production employment. The ability to read and interpret technical drawings combined with OSHA safety knowledge provide the foundation. Welding theory is combined with two lab skills classes in welding process that are selected by the student.

Provide a rapid pathway to welding employment, while still providing the foundation for a student to earn units that count towards their Welding Technology Certificate and AS degree. The only thing new is the title. This is nothing more than a subset of the classes we currently offer for the WLDT COA and AS. It contains only existing or modified courses we already offer.
